Booking FAQ'S

Do you need to pay a Deposit? Yes. Deposits are non-refundable and taken at time of booking to reserve appointment. 

Cancellations Client has 24-hrs before their appointment to cancel, reschedule or make any changes to their booking. The client is responsible for all cancels, rescheduling or service changes via the login portal.

I'm running a little late We Understand. Here at Nola Beauty we understand things happen, and we treat each situation on case to case basis. Tardiness may result in a $20 surcharge or blocked from further booking with Nola Beauty

Opps, I can't make it Same Day Cancellations and no-show appointments will result in 100% service charge of the full appointment.

Im in a hair crisis and need a squeeze in Although rare, last minute cancels do happen. Please call/text for availability. Sunday Monday availability is subject to a $100/hr rate. 

I don't see Braids on the list, Is it still available? Yes. We still do braids per request of the client. Please call/text or email us at hello@nolabeautys.com with a photo desired and we will check for availability.
